A superior ice pack. I ordered this for my husband who is dealing with a herniated disc. This is such a nice product. It is large enough to cover the width of your back but can easily be folded for a smaller area. It is very flexible and has lots of small pillow-like sections that feel very comfortable. Well worth the price.

My husband recently had a total knee replacement and needed to constantly ice his knee post surgery. We already had some ice packs but they just weren't working for him. I ordered this item because a) it came with two gel packs and b) it also had the velcro strap that could be used to hold the gel pack in place.He is extremely happy with this purchase. The gel packs are a good size, stay cold, and re-chill fairly quickly. They easily mold to his knee. While these won't stay cold for hours, he only needs them for 20 minutes at a time and they are still very cold when he removes them.

Absolutely love the ice packs fit perfectly inside the pouch and the strap is extra long which allows me to wrap around my knee cap. I fractured my Patella and this ice pack and strap stay in place securely. Might even buy more ice packs or buy another 2 pk and strap. Worth every penny I spent. Totally recommend this product and strap for any issue the requires icing. Soft and flexible. And has held up well for how many times I have used it so far.I love how the shape is same with of my knee so one ice pack covers my entire knee. I have not used it under heat yet due to Physical therapist said I shouldn’t use heat on the knee due to my swelling.

I like that it is flexible and can be folded in half, but it never actually freezes so doesn't stay cold for very long. I bought these for post-op surgery in two places. Switching every 15 minutes, it only really retains coldness for 2 uses before having to be returned to the freezer.
