Hi I dropped my gua sha and it broke. Do y'all sell a singular gua sha instead of the kit?

I believe you should contact the seller directly for this, however, since I love it so much if I were you, I'd buy another and give the extra roller as a gift to a loved one :)

Can I put the whole thing with the case in the fridge and will they both get cold?

Yes, of course. You can even leave it overnight if you like, both of the jade tools will get cold and won't be damaged or absoro odors. You can also place it in the frezzer (inside the case) and within 10 min. You will have a relaxing cold jade :) B.t.w, the case was also designed to protect the jade from humidity and UV light.

How you used the gus sha tool ? there’s not directions how to used it .

Hi Aida, Inside the travel case, you can find a brochure with instructions and illustrations on how to use the Gua Sha & the Jade roller. Here are the steps for using the Gua Sha: 1. On clean skin, apply your favorite face serum on the face and neck. 2. Start massaging your neck in upwards motions, from the collarbone up to the jawbone. 3. Chin - massage from underneath the chin towards the earlobe 4. Cheeks- from the center of the face outwards 5. Undereyes, Eyebrows- from the inside corner out to your hairline 7. Forehead - From the top of the eyebrows up to your hairline *Massage your skin in one direction only, and not in back and forth motions. I just received my set and I noticed the big roller on my jade roller have rough edges - almost like chipped. Is this normal?
