I have dry to combination skin, and am in my late 20's. Most of my acne are papules, but I also have issues with whiteheads and a rare pustule. I have tried other topical acne treatments, but because of my delicate skin they often cause irritation and can lead to more breakouts. Not so with this product. This is an all natural product, that is non-irritating and works well. It does take a little longer to work (2-3 days instead of overnight like other products claim) but it does the job without causing more problems. I would greatly recommend this product to anyone looking for an acne treatment, as long as you are will to use it consistently it works well.One tip for usage: the sooner you use the product the better it works. If an area is starting to look inflamed/ is heading towards a pimple, start putting the product on and it will usually halt the pimple in its tracks! Since this is a natural, less harsh product you can use it safety everyday and can be used as a preventative measure.

Bought this product twice due to the reviewers. I'm 21 with some bad case of bad acne spots --post inflammatory pigment alterations. Unfortunately this product did not live up to its name with my spots and I haven't seen much results after going through 2 bottles. I'm sure it may work for some people, thus the 3 stars. But, I would use this product with caution that it may not help as well.

It works very fast and consistently, which is a first for an acne spot treatment in my experience. It kept my cystic acne from swelling up and I only applied it overnight. It won't remove the inflammation completely and didn't make my acne vanish overnight but it does cut down on redness, reduced the size of my pimples, and sped up the healing time (from a week down to roughly 4 days). Keeping the pimples small discourages picking at them which leads to scars so I think this treatment is very effective in the sense of preventing further damage. Its not a miracle treatment but it is very helpful for controlling acne in my experience.

Works pretty good but what I don't like is that it's a spot treatment so I figure you just need a little but it won't let you squirt a little, I waste a ton because of this. I waste 2/3 more than I use because of how it's expelled from the bottle :(Works pretty good but idk if I'll buy again because of that.

I absolutely love this product and I would have given it 5 stars if the bottle hadn't arrived broken and product all over the inside of the package. I have to return it now and I'm in the middle of a breakout and I was really relying on this package because it is the only product I have found success with in the past couple of years. I highly recommend this product but I recommend stocking up and ordering before you absolutely need it because if it breaks you will be SOL.

I've battled acne flare-ups since puberty (I'm now in my 30's) and have tried scores of products. While not a miracle cure, this is VERY impressive to me as a spot treatment, much more so than most anything else I've used. I've had my bottle for about 6 months and use it as needed on blemishes or problem areas (as others have commented, it doesn't take much - I still have about a quarter of it left). I think it noticeably helps speed healing of spots. My worst acne is the occasional cystic spot that shows up - they're so unsightly and last so long and are the hardest to treat. BUT...the last time I felt a cystic spot appearing, I dabbed this on it before bed and by the next morning it was almost gone. I think it helped to catch it early, as it never did completely form but instead vanished after a few more treatments. SOO happy about that!! It also is nice as an all-over facial treatment, and I haven't found it drying at all (though I do have pretty oily skin). I also agree with others - it feels great on - dries/absorbs pretty quickly without leaving any residue or stickiness.

I used this serum for two month on my acne prone chin area. I really wanted it to work for me, however, it did not.This product should cause a purge because its active ingredient is salicylic acid - which causes exfoliation and cell turnover. I did not experience any purging. instead, I experienced a continuation of cystic acne.basically, I saw no change until stopping this product and changing my skin regimen.now, with the help of vitamin c, chemical peels, and glycolic face wash, my skin is doing much better.This product just did not work for me. I have a feeling it is not a strong enough formula.

My doctor originally prescribed me 500mg of niacinamide to take orally as a last stand for my acne. But upon researching I discovered a study that linked niacinamide to with Parkinson's through the byproduct production of MPP+ a powerful neurotoxin. I was reallllllly disappointed there because my face was finally clear at 28! So I sought out a topical acne solution with niacinamide, and here we are! It works! After a sad breakout post oral niacinamide discontinuation, I bought this and it took care of my breakout in a week! Clear face again huzzah!!! I use Clean and Clear with Benzl Peroxide washing my face with a wash cloth. Then apply my anti aging routine: olay regenerist, retinol, eye creams. Then on my acne prone t-zone I put this unblemished cream on, with a generous pea sized dollop on any pimples that are trying to form. Works great!!! Loving the clear skin!
