These worked for me.
I ordered two different extenders. One set leaked and also said they could not be left on while traveling. I wanted them because the stems on the outer tires on the duals on our RV are frustratingly hard to get a pump on. These I have had on for 2000+ miles and no leakage. I tightened them with pliers and they have held well. An answer to my need.

Easy install
Hardest part was getting the dually rear cap off. You will need to cut the l-shaped bracket and drill holes into it to get it to work properly. I riveted the l-shaped bracket to the cap. I've used these in the past on our '08 dually and never had an issue with losing air. Our truck comes with a TPMS so it'll be easy to monitor. Makes it so much easier for putting the air in or taking it out when we're airing down the tires in the desert or beach etc.

Leaks once installed
These leaked out of the cap end, even once fully tightened on the thread end. Useless.

Incorrect advertisement
The product is fine, but your advertisement is incorrect. Does not fit .625. You have been told this over and over by many customers. You must not read these replies or your don't understand. Or you could care less about customer satisfaction. What is your problem. Yes, I am very direct and you should be to when it comes to satisfying the customer. These only fit .453. Oh, and what do you mean by sheerness in your rate category ? Look up the word sheerness in the dictionary and read the definition. You need an editor to scan your script. Try a little harder to be more professional. Clean it up, be up, and stay up.
