For the price, these are pretty darn effective
We usually use a car sponge for washing, but the sponge never had any "scrub" to it, even with pressure. The little nubbins on these mitts are like a washcloth, providing extra "scrub" for those annoying little splats that can be so difficult to get off if they've sat for any longer than a minute.... I can be more directed with my washing, and they're thick enough to hold enough soapy goodness to not have to return to the bucket every second.I also appreciate that because my hand fits inside, I can use these mitts to get into crevices like my wheel/rim/hub (whatever they're called), since grease and dirt love to hide out there, building up, and becoming harder to clean over time. I do have small hands, though, so a larger person can at least push the corners or edges of the mitts through smaller spaces. Really, we should all just get a good, safe, wheel/rim/hub scrubber that'll get into those annoying spaces.All in all, it makes much quicker work of washing my car. Then, when I'm done, I throw them into my towel laundry and wash them as usual, no biggie. I've not had any issue with the material falling apart, but if the occasional fiber comes off on my car, I, uh, just rinse it off when I'm done washing. Duh. And what a great price for two, thankfully, since I tend to lose things....

Amazing
I have been using a rag to wash my cars for 50 years and never considered a wash mitt before. This thing does an amazing job with less effort. I highly recommend it!

Good mitts, identical to Chemical Guys mitts
I was surprised to receive Chemical Guys mitts for this order. They are big, wash up very well after use, & make washing the car much easier.
