Lovely thick, smooth paper, a dream to write on

Excellent quality. Stylish. Nicely presented (though the extra touches do add to more recyclable packaging ). If you are looking for a substantive, meaningful (non leather) notebook, this might fit the bill.

I bought two A5 Avocado & Spice notebooks for use as travel journals. First impressions had a lasting impact, these were beautifully packaged in coloured boxes and then inside the notebooks were encased in gorgeous drawstring bags. These hardback notebooks are not just run of the mill notebooks but beautifully designed with a built in pen holder, envelope and elastic fastening. They are well made with sewn binding and each page is made of thick high quality cream paper. I just love the quality and the designs of these notebooks. A fabulous keepsake and travelling companion. Certainly worth the money - I would highly recommend this company and their fantastic notebooks.

I am absolutely in love with this journal. The way it is presented is amazing and makes it all that more special. I would love to give one of these as a gift to someone else. However, the one I bought is for me and I am so pleased I got it. It’s really great quality and the paper is nice and thick, so you can’t see through to the next page. I love the pouch that it comes in as well which protects it from other things in storage. I would recommend this as it’s great value for money.

High quality notebook, perfect as a gift with it arriving in a well presented gift box

As stated, this notebook oozes quality and luxury. I'm not sure why its packaged with a case and a drawstring bag, but I'm not complaining. It will make for an excellent gift for most people. My one critisism is that the first couple of pages dont open fully because of the qay it is bound. I'll be honest, I don't know an awful lot about paper quality and thickness, but this notebook seems of good quality. Serious journallers should probably get a more well knowm brand that has stood the test of time, though. Plenty of serious contenders in this area.

I bought this for my wife and she loves it! The journal is attractively presented in a box and the covers of the book are very beautifully designed. The material covering the covers is attractive and very tactile. The internal pages are of a good quality the pen glides easily over them.

I just got this today. It's not big but I didn't expect it to be. Size approximately 5x7. Good quality paper. Comes with either plain, graph (squared), lined or dotted paper. It is faux leather covered but that is fine for what I plan to use it for. It looks great for this price. I'm very happy and would buy it again.

Ich bin hellauf begiestert. Das Buch sieht sehr edel aus. Das wird nochmal unterstrichen durch den schönen Stoffbeutel und die Kiste in der das Buch kommt. Das ist das erste mal, dass ich bei sowas auch die Kiste behalten werde und mir überlege, was ich dort besonderes hinein tu. :D Das Papier ist nicht schreiend weiß, sondern etwas dunkler. Alles in allem superschön

Me ha sorprendido muchísimo la calidad que tiene, sobretodo el cuaderno, además de un diseño precioso, el exterior es super suave y el papel es realmente grueso! En mi caso la he comprado para mi, pero me parece ideal para regalar, la presentación con la caja y la bolsa de terciopelo a juego es impecable.
