I constantly suffer with my aching back especially at night. Once rest by the early hours of the morning my back aches at the bottom and I find it hard to get comfortable in bed. I have paid for all sorts from expenses mattress toppers,specialist pillows and massages. Then I purchased this. If you stick to stretching your back on this for just 10 minutes each evening or before bed this really gives your back a really good stretch and also will get your posture looking better. I am 6ft tall and tend to stoop alot ofthe time. This is a great item but it will only work if you stick to doing it each day.

Back genie has impressed me massively. Having always struggled with back pain throughout my life I was dubious as to how affective the product would be having tried so many other methods to help with the pain. However, having only had the product for two weeks the results have been outstanding and my back pain has diminished massively.
