This book is only for USA HOMES. they are made of wood. IN FLOODS THEY FLOAT AWAY.No good for uk homes they are made of bricks and cement. They do not float away they stay were they were built.Book given to charity.

I purchased this as a gift to some first time homeowners. They found the instructions clear and easy to follow. These step by step instructions showed them what they needed to complete the task and allowed them to determine if they had the needed skills to tackle it. Even if they decided to call in outside help this book gave them enough information to know if they were being treated fairly.
