Just what I needed to finish connecting my alternator on 89 mustang

I guess I am lucky, cause this thing quit working before I went to the trouble of installing it. Now, it doesn't trip. It may have caused a fire if my off road lights over heated. I paid more for a better one at a local store, where I could test it out. This thing went into the trash.

Upon learning mord about these type of products. I cannot reccomenf buyin cheap ones. One fault is the contact metal patch under thd studs. You cannot see it by the advertised photo. You take the lug and washer off and you see a small metal surface area and it is below the casing slightly. A recipe for a fire.

i'm ordering another one but the first time i ordered two and only one of them worked. its not a big deal thats why i'm only putting in two stars.

It is not safety，very easy to broken.I just use it in my car for battery one time.I thought it working，but it always shorted，it can't protect battery.Before it was broken，it only can be shut off by manual，if the circuit is shorted，It doesn't shut off auto.After it broken，it is always turn on.

Worked great for me. Works good lasts a long time.
