For a single pen, the price is sure to make most people hesitate. However, thanks to it's durability and the cheap refills, it makes it easier to justify.I've had mine for a year now and it's still holding strong. I work in a warehouse and my pen sure does take a beating, getting banged up against shelves and forklifts alike.Because of the metal case, I haven't had to worry about the clip part breaking off or the casing being smashed.For those who enjoy such details (such as myself), the heft is nice.

Absolutely recommend this pen!!As a nurse, I write a LOT and I am picky about the writing emplements I use. I found these pens quite by accident while browsing Office Max in 2006. I haven't bought or used another brand since. My husband called me a pen snob. I finally got him to try it and he's now a pen snob also. He has ~10 and each barrel color has a different colored ink and/or a different sized tip. As a Registered Land Surveyor, he writes almost as much as I do and uses the extra fine point refills because a lot of the time he has limited space to make notations on plats/plans.This pen is sturdy a comfortable weight, well balanced in the hand, the refills are easy to find and are easy to swap out.I have dropped mine too many times to count and the only issue I have ever had is that the extra fine, "needle" point cartridges easily break or bend when dropped if it is not retracted.It makes a great gift for people who do a lot of writing, either for work, journaling, or just at home paying bills, etc. Everyone I have ever given one to has called within days to ask where they could get them along with the refills.

This has become my everyday pen for work, and I couldn't be happier with it. It feels like a quality pen thanks to the added weight and mostly metal construction—it just feels solid in your hand. The soft gel grip makes it comfortable to write with for long periods, and the ink writes smooth and consistent without any smearing. The line thickness is perfect for note-taking—clean and sharp—but I do wish they offered a thicker option as well. The black color looks classy and professional, though it would be nice to have more color choices. It’s definitely a bit pricey compared to basic pens, but if you use it every day like I do, the quality upgrades are well worth it.

This is a must buy! It is so comfortable to use and well worth the value! It writes wonderful and is so easy to use! The ink doesn’t skip as you right. However, my only issue is if you’re drawing a straight line to like divide sections on a paper, the pen does leak a little but nothing you can clean off!

I thought that I would never find a pen better than my plastic G2. This metallic version proved me wrong. I like the heavier feel and the look of it. It replaces many of my older Dr. Grip versions.

It's decent, but not amazing. I love my G2 pens but felt the need to get a metal one due to my clips constantly breaking. It's heavy which should have been a duh moment to me. If you have arthritis like pain in your hands this is important to consider. My hand feels fatigued when using this pen nightly. There are still plastic parts on the inside and a grippy silicone style outside piece which will wear down over time. My main gripe though is the tip is weird compared to the plastic versions. Something about the ink insert included in the pen was strange. It won't write properly over highlighted paper. I swapped it out for a regular g2 refill and no more issue.

High quality pen that writes incredibly smooth. I like the weight of it compared to the plastic version. Makes writing easy and less stressful on my wrist for some reason. Has a great size with a comfortable rubber piece for your hand to rest on . For the $10-$12 dollar range I think this pen is a great value for the price.

Great pen love the G2 style, comfortable to hold for taking notes. Design is second to none. The size is perfect. Highly recommend this pen for anyone who wants the look and feel of a much higher priced pen.
