True to size for me. I wear a small, the small fit perfectly even with 2 layers on underneath.

Does it have adjustable waist?

No, there is not a way to adjust the waist, such as a drawstring. However, the fit is close to the body if that's what you're looking for.

Any trouble with the feathers shedding? I wear a lot of black sweaters.

I do wear some dark colors, including black, but I haven't noticed any shedding.

Could someone please post the arm circumference or tell me if they're roomy or tight? Most coats are too tight around the arms, even if the body fits
