How do you store this product and what is the expiration date?

refrigeration recommended. i ordered this product in june 2019, the exp date is march 2020. it was manufactured in march 2019.

How long are these good for after opening? Could they be frozen and defrosted again to make them last longer?

I received mine a few days ago. I tried freezing them, and found out that they are perfectly good when they thaw out. Their texture isn't ruined at all. Because there's so much sugar, they don't ever freeze completely solid, and they thaw out really fast. So yes, you can't definitely freeze them.

I bought this jelly thinking it was for toast! How do you use it??

First of all... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! Second, these jellies are used for boba tea or as a topping for frozen yogurt.

How long are these good for after opening?

Container says one month after opening but I have kept it longer, in the refrigerator, than a month (8 weeks) and it was not a problem. don't know if it lasts longer than 8 weeks as it was all gone by then:-)
