Ripped off
Purchased the other day and incredibly frustrated. Could not get esim to load, so I went to t mobile to get a physical Sim card. We'll, that didnt work either. I was told their was an issue with the cellular and was told to go to apple to figure out the issue. After diagnostic test, it was due to the cellular board being fried and would cost an extra 299 to replace. What a waste of time. You'd think a company would sell a better product, especially if you are claiming it to be 'refurbished'

Decent phone for the price, just a couple scuffs on the screen that can't be seen when phone is on.
Good deal, I thought it would be in better condition though as it was listed as excellent condition, but it was a great price.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My Android phone didn't work with my car's head unit. The phone kept cutting off and restarting. It's a common problem with Android Auto. The IPhone works perfectly.

Updated* Excellent condition replacement
Received phone with edge and screen scratches, 83% max battery capacity… why did I pay extra?? *update: Seller kindly replaced item promptly, with a much better example. This time the battery was 98% (acceptable), and no scratches!
