As a therapist i often use the "feeling, talking, doing game, is it worth while for me to have this game too?

As the creator of Describe, and licensed counselor myself, I can say that I use both.  The Thinking, Feeling, Doing game is a nice icebreaker. Describe with its many tools (there is now Deck Two AND and Activity Board) provides for dozens of different activities and games. Many of these allow you to focus on a particular question, issue, or topic. For example, the instructions include one activity that specifically addresses self-esteem. The flexibility and possibilities are endless.

Question 3

What's the best way to have client choose cards? Too many cards which can be time-consuming. Can't even lay them out for client to see all of them.

If you haven't already, be sure to download the complete instructions from the web site. There are over 3 dozen activities that you can do.  That means there are also many different ways that you can have someone choose cards. Just some of the ideas:

1) Hand the deck to the person and let them look through, sort, and choose cards. Often, seeing what cards a person quickly sets aside can be as useful as the ones they choose.  Even more so to see the ones they consider using, but then set aside.

2) If a full deck feels like too many cards, consider using just half the deck. Depending on the activity/game/goal, you might go through beforehand and choose some specific cards to use.

Question 4

I’m confused what does the card mean how do you play?

Describe comes with 104 cards and over a dozen games and activities! You can also simply draw random cards and choose questions for conversation starters. Full instructions, as well as a video demonstrating some of the activities can be found on the describe cards web site (describe cards dot com).
