Q: Where is this item manufactured?

Product of Pakistan and it's manufactured for Natural Health International in Francisco, California

Q: Would the distributor answer definitively, once and for all, where the inhaler is made?

As we have said many times before the inhaler is manufactured in the United States. We use lead free decals, a BPA free rubber stopper and a stringent Quality Control process. The salt inside is obviously from Pakistan. I think you will find we are one of the few Himalayan Crystal Salt Inhalers manufactured in the US. We think this is important because of Quality Control.

Q: when I use it I don't smell the salts. Are you suppose to experience something to know it is working? Used it once and didn't seem to have any effect. Thanks for any info.

The first time I used it I tasted the salt. You aren't supposed to smell the salts. It has really helped me. In the beginning I used it up to 2 hours a day because I was experiencing reactive airway disease from my two surgeries. Be sure to breathe out through your nose so you don't get the salt damp from your breath. I hold my tongue at the roof of my mouth when I exhale through my nose so no air goes back into the salt pipe. I think that the benefit comes from regular use - not a one time thing. Q: What is the salt particle size when you inhale?

have no idea. remember it is going immediately into your lungs as you inhale. Can't imagine any way to know that.
