Problems going in and coming out
I usually use BSN SYNTHA-6 Vanilla Whey Protein Powder because it tastes good, mixes well, is a good price and has a good amount of protein. But I saw that this powder had more protein with fewer calories so I decided to try it. Bad decision. First, the flavor isn't as good as the BSN. All powders taste artificial but this one comes apart when I drink it so that I can taste multiple not-great flavors, rather than one integrated flavor. And wow does it upset my stomach. I never have any issues with BSN but this one is so bad that my family is threatening to make me live in the yard. Bottom line: I'll be going back to BSN.

Chocolate > Vanilla
I love Rule 1 protein. High protein and no to low sugar. The chocolate fudge is a dream!!!! However, I am only giving 4 stars because I bought the vanilla to try in smoothies and stuff and it has a poor taste. I wanted it to be as rich as the chocolate and it just wasn’t. Still a great quality whey protein and good price!
