More fun than a D10 and percentage die.
Much more fun to roll when you’re figuring out if your wild source magic will spontaneously set something on fire near you whenever you cast a level 1 spell or higher. It does have some trouble stopping on hard surfaces. Great weight, tho, be careful.

Not reliable for d100 random number generation. Gets stuck between numbers.
It looks VERY cool. Easily the best looking d100 I've come across. But if you want to use this in a game, I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to add a re-roll to the potential outcome.First off, it gets caught landing on sections between numbers, and since the sections seem to be matched with the opposite side of the die, you'll end up with a bland space at the top most of the die. Maybe that's something you want. Maybe you want a re-roll outcome for suspense or something.Secondly, the numbers surrounding 1 and 100 are in a close linking hexagon pattern, while other numbers are spaced apart. Those sections are smoother than on the rest of the die because they're so close and because the die is very spherical. This makes me think the die will more often roll past the smoother 1/100 sections. But that's just speculation. Finally, it's damned heavy lolBut hey, that's metal dice. Not docking it any stars for that.

Beautiful, HEAVY
Looks better in person, very shiny & lovely! The numbers are painted very cleanly, which is always appreciated. Didn't expect it to weigh over half a pound though lol (0.639 lbs, to be exact). You will definitely damage less durable dice rolling trays or wood tables, and probably hurt yourself/others if dropped onto a foot or knocked off a table. I haven't had any issues with it landing on the gaps (mentioned in another review), but I only rolled it less than a dozen times.

I call mine the Demon Core, and it is quite the talking piece.
This thing is dense and heavy, which is exactly the sort of die I was looking for. Don't drop it, it might break your toe... or dent your hardwood. Be careful rolling it straight on the table... it might dent the wood or chip the stone.Being so heavy is not without it's advantages however.First off, it feels great to hold. It's substantial, and grounding. Excellent for rolling across your dice tray while the DM and another character are off doing... something... else. I wasn't paying attention. Be careful picking it up and rolling around, you do not want to drop this thing. It is a great sensory toy, capable of crushing most fidget objects. quite literally. It is also a blast to roll, especially on a harder wooden surface (that you're fine with marring). The facets of each number and the weight of it result in it rolling off at odd directions, this way and that, before finally settling on a number. It's quite like it has a mind of it's own.Lastly, should there ever be a sudden intruder, this thing's heft could come in handy. I'd say it'd probably do about... 1d100 worth of damage, if thrown properly.

It's a Heavy Boy
It's heavier then I thought it would be but still a great purchase to use for my day to day dice rolling needs.

Heavy-Big-Masterpiece
This is the best metal dice I have bought my husband so far. It is so heavy that when you roll it would be preferred not to do it in the bare table because it is gonna damage (little bends or scratches) the table. Use a matt for rolling your dice.

High novelty value but not a good die
Looks great, nice and heavy. The cool factor is very high on this die and I want to love it, but the design is terrible if you actually want to use it for gaming. The raised number faces look neat, but the design creates gaps between the numbers. The die is more likely to come to rest on a gap than on a number face, leaving a gap on top.It effectively makes it a die with more than 100 sides, and it's weighted toward not landing on any of the 100 numbers you'd want it to.The weight of the die feels great in the hand, but could damage your table or other property if dropped or thrown.

Good to look at and hold
It's a fun novelty but it lands between two numbers too often to actually be useful

Novelty, Not functional
Bought this as a joke. It looks amazing and feels very high quality to hold but it's almost useless as a die. It will most of the time roll to a space in-between the surfaces of the die. A little bit of searching and ones where you have an actual 100 sided shape instead of a sphere with pads melted into it would work way better. Get those instead.

Fun but you have to have leniency
This was a fun dice to buy. It looks amazing and has a nice weight to It. Unfortunately, sometimes the dice lands between two of the numbers displayed. It's unfortunate that it does this but the dice does look really cool.
