I would give this product stars more if I could! I had robotic surgery for my pancreatic cancer last week and of course my belly was uncomfortable. In doing research for general abdominal surgery, a band like this was recommended. The change in how my stomach feels was instantaneous! My FUPA is locked in and not pulling on my sutures.I did wear a tank top underneath to make it more comfortable but that’s just my preference. I was also able to put this on by myself but had my husband take it off and reapply to get a bit tighter.I wish I had something like this when I left the hospital on Monday.

This belly band has been a game changer for managing my hernia. Instant relief for back and abdomen after open surgery incision from sternum to belly button. However, I normally wear a Large so purchases m/l and will be ordering next size up for easier application.

This binder provides great compression and support for abdominal issues like diastasis recti and post-surgical recovery. The 2XL size fits comfortably, and the 9” width is just right for covering a good portion of the abdomen. It’s particularly helpful for postpartum recovery, and I found it effective in providing relief.However, while it does its job, it’s not the most comfortable to wear for extended periods. The material could be softer, and the edges sometimes feel a bit stiff, especially when sitting for long periods. It’s also a bit bulky under clothing, which makes it less discreet for everyday wear.Overall, it’s a solid product for medical support but could use some improvements in comfort and wearability.

Love this wrap, works great with my 2 hernia's. This wrap is very wide, and works well. Back is sewn at an angle, which keeps the ends at a downward angle, and prevents slipping up higher.

I had surgery with 6 laproscopic incisions around my abdomen. Being a tall women, I wanted my binder to cover a little wider than the 9" binder the hospital gave me, as not all of my incisions are covered. While this isn't the primary reason for the binder, the locations of the higher incisions made them easier to rub against the top of the binder. For that reason, I researched 10+ inch abdominal binders.I used the size guide in the description a purchased a 2XL. My widest measurement was in the center of the range so I was not caught between sizes. The first thing I noticed when opening the package was how thin and un-padded the binder was. My hospital one had a slightly padded panel along the front section, over the incisions. This one was uniform throughout. The material was thin and not smooth. I had a feeling it would be itchy after a short time. But I didn't get to find that our because it was about 2 inches too short and would not fasten. Again, my measurements were in the mid point of the 2XL size range, so this was very surprising to me.I will be returning this and not replacing it with a larger size due to the material.

This very large size was hard to find. It works as advertised. Ths velcro closure is strong. A helpful device.
