Pro EX Controller for XBOX ONE

These are great. We got an Xbox One for Christmas and these controllers were a better price point than the ones in stores. They also don't eat batteries, the way the wireless one that came with the Xbox One does. We ordered three (family of four). Two of them worked perfectly but one was behaving oddly (like something was dragging on the buttons or, my oldest son explained it as like someone else was trying to control your characters at the same time). I contacted the company and they were fantastic about replacing the controller that was messing up. The customer service was spot on and I would order from them again in a heartbeat. We've had no issues with the replacement controller or with the two that worked fine from the start. The reach on the cords of these is pretty decent and family Minecraft nights are a hit.

Product works great no problems

So, DAYS, upon DAYS, looking for drivers that will actually make this stupid thing work. Everyone says the same thing... no driver needed, or Microsoft has it in an update, or just go to device manager... B.S. all the drivers, all the updates, all the supposed fixed and methods fail. System is FULLY UP TO DATE, does not recognize it. Microsoft doesn't publish the drivers, the manufacturer is useless with their cut and paste B.S. directions. A COMPLETELY WORTHLESS controller if you intend to use it with a PC.

Have bought two of these. The input jack for microphones is s***. Both times I have ended up not being able to talk because the input jack stops working, and when I try to fix it, it breaks off and goes into the controller.

I bought this controller as a replacement for my Xbox 360 controller to use on Windows 10. It is plug-and-play, and automatically downloaded drivers for itself.The controller feels great. I have pretty big hands, so the longer stems make it more comfortable to hold. I wouldn't recommend this for people who have small hands, or for young kids, simply because it's a bit larger than usual.All of the buttons feel responsive, and there's a satisfying click when pressing in either the bumpers, or analogue sticks. The analog sticks are springy, and hold position very well. The trigger pull is light, and similar to the official Microsoft controller.A great controller for PC gaming, and unbeatable at this price.

Great controller, no compatibility issues yet (played 20+ games). Just like xbox one controller (very slightly different feel), nice buttons, sticks and feedback. Can't fault it, would recommend.

Just got this product delivered early with prime as expected, plugged it in and nothing. Doesn't light up, doesn't register and feels suspiciously light like it has nothing inside. Can't see support for this product on their website or anywhere else. I think I've been ripped off.

Pretty good controller, quite ergonomic with responsive buttons. Gets three stars because it only lasted six months.
