I used it many times and I will keep buying it, it’s safe for me

This tea really works!! The only problem is that you don’t always know when it is going to work! First off it tastes amazing, I got the cinnamon citrus and it tastes great. I don’t always take it every day however i have for a few days and then spread it out. I try to drink it in the evening and sometimes it works 30 minutes later and other times it has hit me the next day in the morning (preferred) or even later in the afternoon. One afternoon I hadn’t seen any results and thought maybe there wasn’t much in me for it to work.. well i ran out quick to the store and let me tell you I have never been so close to 💩my pants in my entire life. Hit me out of nowhere.. How I made it back is nothing short of a miracle!! When it hits you it hits hard.. I made it back home and went, and I felt so much better and lighter. I do see a difference in bloating and I feel better all around. I have noticed it makes you irinate a lot as well. I do not suggest using this if you are on a vacation, day trip, etc.. It does work and it doesn’t upset your stomach. Maybe needs time to adjust and it will become more regular.

I have only just received this so it is an early review. I took one cup early afternoon it was pleasant to drink with a splash of honey, I didn't change any of my eating habits but it did help me empty my bowels! Very little pain though. The next day, today, I couldn't believe it I have lost 5 lbs over night, that never happens to me I'm always stuck at the same weight. I've already recommended this to a few people as I'm so impressed. I'll keep taking a cup a day and review later but so far I'm hooked.

I have only had it a couple of times a week so far. I've been cautious initially wanting to take it when I don't really have to go out the next morning if you know what I mean. I needn't have worried because it seems to work for me quite early for next morning. The box actually says take it consistently for a week to see effect but the bloating in my stomach seems to have gone down after the first use. I don't know if I will use it everyday but I think I will use it on the days where I may have a big meal. I suggest not making a very strong initially and maybe go half strength just to see how it affects you And not if you have to be somewhere super early the next morning Just first experiment of how it reacts with your body

I got this tea as I've been quite unhealthy lately eating takeaway and sugar like cake and chocolate, ice cream. I wanted to get back to my healthy habits and felt the need to detox. Constipation and not being regular or fully emptied when I go was the main reason. I also felt sluggish. I purchased the Citrus Cinnamon and I love the taste. I have lemon honey and I add a small teaspoon of that. It says the teas is best for evening but I've been taking it everyday 500ml cup/glass and drink half in the morning and half in the evening. Whilst I've only been drinking for 2 days, I skipped one day in the middle. I noticed it kept me regular on the days I drank it, made me go the next day and stool was soft and I feel emptied. I have also been eating dried pitted prunes about 5 a day. And drinking at least 2-3L of water. I feel it's helping somewhat. Whilst I still feel bloated and haven't loss any weight. Possibly too early to tell. I quite enjoy drinking this tea and for the effects it has. There's also minimal discomfort. I'll continue to take it. It is quite pricey for what it is so I will only be re-purchasing when needed.
