These are definitely one of the best headsets out there at the moment. I've had the older versions before and they have lasted years and I expect the same for these. A must for any call center or someone on the phone a lot.

Ich habe in meiner Home Office Zeit einige Headsets probiert, u. a. auch Sennheiser. Für mich sind die Plantronics C5220 mit Abstand am Besten. Positiv: - Verarbeitung und Design sind sehr gut - Tragekomfort ist extrem gut (auch bei mehreren Stunden tragen) - Audioqualität in Gesprächen ist klar und deutlich - Mikrofon ist klar und klappbar - per USB ist die Audioqualität nochmals besser - Tasche ist im Lieferumfang - Preis ist fair (~75 Euro) Neutral: - Zum Musik hören eher nicht geeignet (aber dafür ist es ja auch nicht gemacht) Für mich ist das mit Abstand das beste Headset, Tragekomfort ist wahnsinnig gut und Audioqualität in jeder Hinsicht auch super.

Qualité ok et port USB-C pratique pour les possesseurs de MacBook. Par contre la comptabilité avec Skype est pas optimale lorsqu’on souhaite répondre à un appel par exemple la télécommande décroche bien mais raccroche immédiatement après!! Idem avec la fonction « mute » on a qq surprises par moment ... Au final hormis ces points, le casque reste de bonne facture et offre un audio de qualité.

I have a different version of the same model at work. This is the USB-C version. Works well, and noise cancellation seems to keep out ambient noise well. Relatively comfortable. I preferred the wired model as it doesn't need recharging, always has a strong connection from PC to headphones (vs. bluetooth). Works well with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RingCental. Controls on the cable are convenient as well for muting, volume, answer/drop.

J'ai eu ce type de matériel en clientèle, fonctionne bien, connectique solide et qualitative du coup je l'ai acheté pour moi, un seul écouteur ce qui permet de rester attentif à l'environnement le micro est bien positionné, on n'entend pas de bruit parasite en filaire pour moi (pas de bluetooth pour le boulot, il faut que ça marche tout de suite), connectique usb-c bref, je valide (outil de travail au quotidien)

Really impressed by the headset - although it is a little pricey. Very comfortable on the ear and all background noise seems to disappear for the covered ear. The headset comes in a nice bag for protection when travelling. I generally spend half of my working day on calls so it is essential that I have a quality headset which is comfortable to wear. Only negative comment I would mention is regarding the travel bag - it is a fairly tight fit for the headset and the cable which comes out of the earpiece is forced to bend which in time I suspect will be the downfall due to wear.
