Can Fill 100x Carts or Dab Darts in under a half an hour (with proper technique)
I've been using the Sharrb heated syringe system for the past several months with ease as it's simplistic system allows for a quick heat up and fill of various products including thick oil cartridges and dab darts. I've opted to purchasing a 2nd Sharrab system to have my workers manufacturing capacity increase as I can not afford a fully automated system, they range in price around the low 5 figure range. The heated syringe system heats up between room temperature and 194 degrees Fahrenheit in 1 degree increments in about 90 seconds and after you get a feel of the best technique for holding the syringe you can work your way through 100 full gram carts in just under 30 minutes with minimal spillage (if you know what you're doing). Make sure you have your carts or dab darts set up in a Styrofoam cartridge holder (the same ones they come in when buying wholesale) as they can hold 100 carts or darts up straight, this maximizes efficiency. Another tip for when you've finished using the system make sure to remove the metal Luer Lock needle with a plyer and submerge it in a 99% alcohol bath to start the cleaning process while the oil hasn't resolidified from temperatures decreasing. You can wipe down the removeable heating element with alcohol wipes (preferribly70% or stronger) as the heating element is engulfed inside a rubberized casing which makes it easy to clean, I sometimes get minor spillage from removing the Luer lock needle at the end of a batch so make sure you get those last drops out of the syringe reservoir to avoid problems when attaching the Luer Lock needle on the next batch. This system in the hands of the right team of workers can fill thousands of carts/darts with minor complications it pays for its self after the first batch of fills!!

a tube broke each time I used this
This came with two tubes for the gun. I used it twice and it broke a tube each time so now it's unusable. If it still worked I thought the product was reasonable. I was disappointed however that when it was set to 1 ml it actually dispensed 1.1 ml which didn't seem like that big of a deal until I realized because of that I could only fill 90 carts instead of 100

This was great for what I needed it for but by the 2nd use the rubber protector melted off of the heater making it useless because now I can’t touch it without getting burned.
