Q: Is this thick white gel or watery ?

It is clear, and I would describe the consistency as in between. Not watery. Not thick. More of a gel you can easily pour.

Q: Some of the reviewers use this product on their skin--can you share how--do you use it straight, mix it with face lotion or something else?

I've used it as a natural toner after face cleansing. I keep mine in the fridge and it moisturizes, seals my pores, and is refreshing!

Q: can i make it for hand sanitizer

I have. If you can put it in your stomach, you can put it on your hands. The gel itself needs to be refrigerated after opening, since it's dietary, but the alcohol used to make the sanitizer should keep the sanitizer safe. I mixed 2/3 cup of 91% rubbing alcohol with 1/4 cup of this gel, which should keep it about 65% alcohol level. The sanitizer *IS* watery though so be careful with dispensers, though it is not any more or less watery than if I used the sunburn relief aloe gels.
