Amazing value for its price
Compared to other big name brands this keyboard really holds up its value with how well it performs.

good quality mechanical keyboard
good quality mechanical keyboard, it can competes with branded and more expensive one. also very good for upgradability. it can upgrade to outemo switch keys and cherry stabilizers, for key caps no issue because its a popular switches

Great keyboard, Just a shame the SINGLE issue is so detrimental.
To put this bluntly, the QC and main design of this keyboard and how it works is AWFUL.unboxing the keyboard is fine, it comes with a keycap puller AND a key switch puller, because the key switches are interchangeable, which is a very premium feature... if only you could find the exact keycaps they use as they're just unbranded.and currently as I'm typing I am having a horrible experience with this keyboard as some of the key switches just... don't work sometimes, I have swapped them countless times with the ones that come with the keyboard but after using over half of the switches I cant take this anymore and need to have it known.a mechanical keyboard is made to have very easy to press buttons which granted red switches are lovely however I don't think I've felt more physical pain than having to press my pinky further down on a mechanical keyboard to get the switch to actuate because the switches are terrible quality, if it comes to the point where I have to press the key all the way down I may as well just have a membrane, after all the entire point of a mechanical keyboard is to have less force to activate the key and also a nicer feeling, however I just don't think these keycaps have this going for them.seeing the price of this keyboard being nearly £70 now (I got it for £25 on the 10th of November) you can get far better for far cheaper, even when discounted its just not worth buying a keyboard that will break every 3 weeks and require me to swap the switches when they break, which makes me think the choice of them being interchangeable is because they're cheap and redragon aren't willing to pay for better.

Nice keyboard, exactly what I was looking for
This keyboard is exactly what I was searching for. I managed to snag one of the Havits with red switches before they discontinued them and have been looking for a second one every since. This one fits the bill perfectly. The red switches are quiet and have a pretty small actuation distance, which is to be expected with the low profile switches. It might take a bit to get used to but I like the more sensitive typing.Build quality has been good so far. The top cover seems to be made out of steel (tested with a magnet). Which makes sense since it is pretty hefty. The keys are easy to remove if you need to and they even threw in a key cap and switch pullers and a bunch of extra switches (7 red, 4 black, 2 blue). Mine does have a convex bow to it (~0.125"), but it really makes no difference since the frame is so stiff. The USB cable is nice and thick and comes with a ferrite noise suppressor.Back lighting is nice. It's not incredibly bright but it's more than enough to light up the keys so they are easy to read. Like others said, the keys are somewhat hard to read with the backlighting off. The letters are more of a dull grey than white.I have not used their software or used the keyboard for gaming so I can't comment on those areas. But overall, for the price it's a solid keyboard. I may even buy a second one just in case one of my others crap out.

Overall it's good keyboard!
UPDATE 31st Dec:Customer support is just great. Once I informed them about the issue, they've sent me additional switches and necessary tool for replacing broken one.===================UPDATE 30th Nov:In less than 4 months of usage, "D" button almost dead. Moreover, I used this keyboard not than often and such durability is waste of money. Reduced to 2-star.===================I planned to buy low-profile mechanical keyboard for a pretty long time. I looked for full size (104 keys) keyboard but without additional macro and media keys to keep overall size as small as possible. My main concern was related to red switches. I had "normal" profile keyboard with red switches and I didn't like it due to "weak" tactile response, which is good for gamers though. Anyway, I decided to give a shot and happy with it! Red switches on this keyboard have a great tactile response and not that loud as other switches.I'm having this keyboard for few days and so far didn't spot any problem with it. Everything is working great.Few notes which might be important:- Keycap puller is available but my was "sticked" on the wall of the box from the inside. So don't rush with trashing box before taking out the key puller.- On the box and in the guide, manufacturer is pointing to website redragonzone.com which is old website. You will not find software on that website. Actual website is redragonshop.com and software available there. By the way, software is good and working without any issues.- I'm not a fan of RGB lighting and tried to find a button to turn it off, but there is no such button/option. Here workarounds:a) I put level of brightness to minimal which is fully "removed" RGB, but fact that lighting still "working" invisibly kept bothering meb) Preferred option: In software, I chose mode Coastal and Customize option without selecting any button. No selected keys - no lights for keys. Simple as that.c) Also, you can just select black backlight with desired level of brightnessCould be great to have braided detachable USB cable and slightly higher angle adjustment, but it's too much for such inexpensive keyboard.Recommended to purchase!
