This is a handmade custom designed bracelet with a gold chain and small purple beads. The middle of this bracelet has a hindu hand symbol, a hamsa. Depicting the open right hand, the hamsa is an image recognized and used as a sign of protection in many societies throughout history and is believed to provide defense against the evil eye.
