Top class customer service.
Great product but the only reason it lost a few stars was because the spring that holds it together keeps coming off. It’s an easy fix with a pair of tweezers but not practical. Other than that it’s fairly accurate. *Update* The seller after seeing my review kindly got in contact with me about the issue with the item. He very kindly sent me a replacement which I received today at no cost to myself, and is in perfect working condition. Thank you very much to the seller, I will definitely be a returning customer. This is top class customer service.

I would give no stars if it was possible to as the oximeter does not register properly, I sat with it on my finger for ages and had no readings. I purchased a slightly darer meter and am very disappointed. I had cheaper one for a long time and this far worse than that one, at least that one worked for a long time.

Seems fine (batteries not supplied) The main thing is it reads a good two points lower, so best not rely on this giving you a safe 88%-92% score.
