It really works!
Love, love, love this book! The spiral binding makes it super easy to flip to a page and have it stay there while you learn the move/position. It has really helped my body - and in particular my back and legs in so many ways. After a 15 minute session I feel so much more limber and helps my mood too! Worth every penny.
