Cable is strong in 12 foot length
When you buy this product, keep in mind how big an actual quarter inch is. This wire is strong enough for my deck. I bought everything from this company, but the crimping tool did not work at all.

Strong, good coating cuts clean with a good cutter!
Stake down the roll as you use or wire will unwind off the roll. Cut & have vise gripes handy to grab the cut end still on the roll or it unravels.

Looks nice - but buy some wood screws
I like the finished look of the black cable/black hardware. It takes a bit more work than drilling and they provide virtually useless screws if you are using wood posts (screws provided have a fine thread like for metal posts).

Beautiful material
Very clean and well coated - lots of these types of cables have a very poor black coating, this seems uniform and clean. Like others, can scratch off i expect.
