Sweet treat that makes sense to those who want to avoid sugar overload.
I really like these as a quick pick-me-up. A sweet combination taste of coffee and chocolate satisfies my sweet tooth and keeps me from choosing a candy bar or bowl of ice cream. Easy to carry in my purse should an emergency sugar attack hit. Too sticky to be chewed. Chewing would be bad on teeth. So they last longer as they melt gradually. A little pricey, but I don't mind splurging to treat myself. Guests like them too.

Love, love, love
Like others, I became addicted to these years ago when they were easily purchased at TJs. As noted by others, some of the candies arrive partially unwrapped and stuck to other candies, but they still taste the same great taste and there's been no change in texture. Nothing else on the market even begins to compare with the original coffee rio.

Best coffee candies ever
I used to buy these candies at TJs but they stopped carrying them. This is the real deal and they are delicious! Definitely my favorite coffee candies. The bag is huge and will probably take me a year to finish!

Excellent taste and smell
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I believe this is my third purchase. Coffee Rio is very satisfying. The flavor is strong and the texture moves from relatively hard to chewy. Be a little cautious, because they can stick to your teeth!

Expensive candy
Bought this candy for my wife again. She loves coffee Rio. Used to buy it in "Trader Joe`s" before thy cancelled the product. Paid $33.99 for a 3 pound bag, over $11.00 per pound. I think that`s too expensive. Not everything on Amazon is a good deal. What we men do to keep our wives happy. It`s criminal!

Coffee-Flavored Rocks
Good flavor, but I couldn’t even eat them because they were like eating coffee-flavored rocks. I tried giving the bag away for FREE to my coworkers and they didn’t like them either for the same reason.

Hard candy for coffee lovers only. I tried the assorted flavors, this one is by far the biset.
These are hard candies that turn softer as they warm in your mouth, then they become hard/chewy and stick to your teeth if chewed. They taste like strong American-style coffee (not nearly as strong as espresso) with caramel syrup and salted butter. Very addictive. A bit pricey for what you get, but these are an indulgence worth splurging on.
