Case 580C. Had developed a rough idle. I put half bottle in the tank and ran at a fast idle for 15 min. I thought I would run it in and let it work over night. When I slowed it to shut it down, I was shocked. It now idles and runs like new. Saved me pulling and cleaning injectors. I am now a fan of the product.

Good product
Highly recommended by the Dodge dealer. They charge more for it. I wish it had directions on the bottle. Lots of warnings about exposure but nothing about how much to add or ratio. Seems to make a good difference on performance and slight difference on mpg. Not sure how often to add. Maybe as often as the oil change. Don’t be confused, this is a fuel/diesel treatment.

It really worked . Noticeable difference almost immediatley.
I used this directly after an oil change and an injector seal repair (had a leaky injector seal). there was an almost immediate difference in how the engine smoothed out, and engine noise became quieter. I also noticed a small gain in throttle response. The BG245 probably removed the carbon gunk that I saw on the injector I removed. I cleaned that one in ultrasonic, so I suppose the other 5 had gunk as well that the BG245 cleaned. Hopefully it cleaned out the fuel system as well , as it claims. I will be using a quart in the tank after every oil change as a preventative measure to keep the fueling system clean.

No Difference
I bought this based on great reviews. Mine came with no recommended instructions which I found odd. I added the entire quart to approximately 10-11 gallons of diesel. It was used in a 2022 Jeep 3.0 Ecodiesel. I experienced no discernible difference. At $49 a bottle it is not cheap. Your experience hopefully will differ. SAVANNAH WILL
