Took me a while to like this...not sure why but now that I have it dialed in...it is permanent on my board. And I am able to switch between a clean sound and one with a bit more grit to it...i use it at the end of my chain and also have a different brand comp. at the beginning of my chain.

Disappointing 'customer experience' as Apple would say - you spend £160 and you can't use it because there's no power cable supplied...! I'm sure it's my fault since I didn't read the 'small print'. But there we are.....

Purchased the MXR Dyna Comp Bass Compressor Effect Pedal from GearTree through Amazon. The product description states that a Dunlop ECB003 9-Volt adapter is included as part of the purchase, however, the adapter was not included with the item as received. GearTree passes the buck, blaming Amazon fulfillment, which is not set up to provide a missing item, but it is clear the adaptor was never really part of the package. The thing is, it's still a good price, adaptor or not, and is a great pedal, so why misrepresent (aka lie)? This pedal does not take a battery, so if I needed it right away, I would have been in trouble.
