Yes. It also comes with a butter knife, a sugar spoon (the spoon part is in a shell design), a serving fork for meat, a serving spoon, and a slotted serving spoon. All of the pieces in this set are larger than normal. I think it's called the continental size, but that doesn't bother me. It's an absolutely beautiful set, and I'm very pleased with it. It's very elegant and expensive looking.
