These bandages are really nice to keep around the kitchen. While I don't need the metal-detectable feature as I'm just keeping these around the house, I'm sure it's a big help in a commercial kitchen. For average use, these work well and stick to fingertips all day. Depending on what you're trying to cover, you may need to trim a bit off the sides so you don't have crazy folded points jutting out from your finger, but that's my only minor complaint. The blue looks a bit crazy for average use, and I totally get its purpose in a non-home setting, but if you're using these out and about it kind of just looks like you wrapped painter's tape on your finger. Overall, I highly recommend these. They kept my fingertip protected after a fateful mandolin slip, and with the massive quantity you get, I now have a stockpile to keep around.

I've needed this kind of bandage a lot because of dry conditions that makes a mess of my fingertips. Probably hard to believe, but these are the only brand that really work. The don't fall off, they can take some water, and they cover a lot.
