Interesting book. Bought it for a teenage boy, he loved it. It would be a good book to have in a bathroom or on a coffee table, just a fun read to flip through. Very interesting. The book itself is heavy and well made. Very nice quality.

Worth the purchase but I already knew 90% from experience and extensive reading for many years. Good for the novice looking to be prepared.

This book and his other one (How to Survive Off the Grid) are freaking amazing! To say they are informative is an understatement. Pair this with the full color pages, short chapters and awesome drawings/diagrams and you have an absolutely perfect book.

My 11 year old son thinks this book is great. He has been reading it constantly and learning useful and fun tips. His 12 year old sister was looking at it too. Overall, a great book and would reorder as a gift for similarly aged child.

very few real tips that are unique most is common sense like make a shelter, what frostbite is there are lots better choices that cost a little more. seal and air force survival guides. the boy scout handbook is a much better choice.

The book is literally on how to survive ANYTHING, what's not to like?
