Works brilliantly
Works brilliantly for fungal ear infections.I have occasional ear infections after being exposed to water / certain dusts. I usually treat it with earl calm, then if that doesn't work otomise but recently I had a persistent one that I couldn't shift. I bought this out of desperation really and it's actually great! It turns into a kind of grainy crystal that comes out of your ear and seems to be very effective in "drying it all up".which then lets the infection clear.

Worked well for my needs, caution needs to be applied.
I ordered mine in September of 2025 and the use by date (see photos) is December 2026.With 15ml contained there is quite a bit of liquid to use, as needed. But please read the enclosed instructions, they are most helpful when using. Both of my ears were irritated and a little sore. So, lying to one side I would, after shaking the container, apply one spray in one ear AND remain in that head tilted / lying position for a good few minutes. When I then sat upright I immediately, and gently, wipe away the excess of spray that will run to the outer edge of that ear. That is very important to do and will very much help to prevent excessive dryness and crusting. My wife noted that excessive white crystals were related to the excess amounts of spray accumulating in the outer ear that needed to be gently wiped away.I waited a couple of minutes longer and then repeated to the other side.Within a few days both of my ears feel much better and the irritation has stopped. This spray does indeed dry things up within the ear, part of the healing process I believe. But I limited my use to one spray in each and twice a day, certainly not using two sprays. Also I noted it being most important, as noted, to dry up with a clean tissue any drops of excess fluid that would leak from the ear that has been sprayed once you lift your head upright. The atomiser type spray does give out a large dose of fluid, hence my concerns of using more than one spray at a time. For my needs this has worked alright, but I can understand how this could excessively dry out your ears if caution is not applied.I hope this has been helpful.

Fixed my chronic ear problem of more than a decade
I've had ear problems for decades. Normally, a quick visit to the GP to have my ears syringed would do the job and everything would be fine. About 20 years ago the GP\Nurse said they would no longer syringe my ears and I would have to use ear drops, it didn't work, my ears became steadily worse until I had unbearable pressure on the front of my head and ears that felt like I was permanently under water.I was referred to a specialist who deemed that I needed a tonsillectomy and adenectomy as these can cause issues. What ensued was a horrid hospital procedure to remove all of these only to find that after weeks of antibiotics that the issue was still the same. The next thing they suggested was a septoplasty to rebore my nasal cavity to help relieve the pressure. Again, excruciating pain involving balloons and a drill, weeks of antibiotics only to have the same problem. Back to the specialist, this time they sent me to have an MRI, they said there is no water and that I need to get on with my life.It has been ten years since the septoplasty. I've been syringing my own ears with a water tooth flosser on the weakest setting with warm water to help (A YT video I found, be careful can rupture eardrum), which it does, but it doesn't quite get rid of the feeling of being under water. Several months ago I purchased most the top reviewed remedies from Amazon and conducted a series of tests, Using one on one ear and another on my other ear until I found this one. I noticed an improvement after a few days, it seems to dry out your ear, leaving a crystal residue in your ear that I just scrape out, not sure if you should or shouldn't, but I did anyway. but the water feeling disappeared, so I tried on the other side and wow, it fixed the other ear too.I think I have a high or quickly forming ear wax, could be due to years of abuse from sound, I have permanent tinnitus, so I guess something is not 100% and causes a reaction of some sort. I'm guessing here. Anyway, I have had a blockage again since, but I put this stuff in and my ear clears up straight away, It's amazing. I'll continue with with warm syringes once a year as the amount of wax flushed is insane.Hope this helps someone out there that has the same issues I have.
