Worked Perfectly On My 100 Year Old Wood Floor
I used this varnish remover to take varnish and stain off of a 100-year-old wood floor that was carpeted when we bought the house. The room size is 12' x 12' and this inexpensive wheel did the entire floor and made it look like the original wood again. The wood itself was in almost flawless condition except for the rug adhesive (which it also removed) and nails in the boards that started popping up. I think the floor would cost a fortune to buy today. Renting industrial strippers and sanders was an option, but expensive, a pain to haul back and forth, and limited to a 24-hour time frame. Plus, we would of had to buy the discs or whatever those machines use. Don't get me wrong, it probably took 10x the amount of time to complete the project with this wheel instead of the industrial options, but we were not under any time constraints. I would recommend this product to anyone! Oh, and the wheel still has some life in it. Most of the wheel was used during the process, but surprisingly it still has enough fiber to do another project in the future.

Does the job, last's about as long as you can expect
I bought a piece of wood working equipment that had sat in a garage for several years collecting dust which over time turned into rust. After trying a few remedies with oil/vinegar and sand paper based on some googling, I decided to snag one of these stripper pads. The fact that it's got velcro type material on the back of the pad made it attaching to my rotary polisher. It took about 30 minutes to thoroughly polish off about 30 sq ft of cast iron. The pad looks like it has a quarter of its life left, so for under 10 bucks, its a good product. Attaching a picture of mid polishing showing unpolished and polished areas. As a side note, there is little info on the product description and getting additional information is easy.

Fantastic tool. Used it to strip rust off my house flashing. Worked better than I could imagine. Took two discs to do the entire circumference of my house. Flashing was 15" strips. Very rusty one one side of the house to not very rusty on the opposite side.
