Great fun, high-quality product
Quality: The quality of this puzzle is amazing. The pieces are some sort of plastic, not your typical paper-on-pasteboard. The edges of the tower are actually made of pieces that you fold. I think I could disassemble this and reassemble it several times and never break a piece.Difficulty: I am not a puzzle person, I'm a francophile, so I just followed the hints written on the back on each piece and was able to assemble the whole thing in less than two hours. Each piece is numbered, and has an arrow pointing toward the side on which the next sequentially numbered piece will connect. Also, a chart tells you which numbers are in which level of the tower, so you can sort them all out in advance. If your goal is a challenge, just don't look at the backs of the pieces, and this will be a VERY difficult puzzle!Decor: I bought this as a decoration for my classroom or office (I'm a French teacher and translator). My only complaint is that it does not sit quite right in the little cardboard base provided. However, it's stable enough to just sit on its own, without the base. All in all, a great purchase! Magnifique!

TRIPENDICULAR PUZZLE !!!
This puzzle breaks down in three individual parts:1. The Base which is the bottom2. The Middle3. The TopI think the number one thing you have to do before you start assembling this puzzle is go ahead and bend all your corner pieces, if you start putting it together before you do that it will not be as easy to bend when you have one section together verses just one piece to bend at a time, but please do not over bend or your piece could break!Made out of thin heard plastic, this puzzle fits together seamlessly, with each piece locking its self together with the other. This was not the most challenging puzzle especially for those puzzle experts. I goes together based on the artwork on the pieces, starting from the bottom with the four plastic brown base pieces that the puzzle fits down into to stabilize it you follow the artwork up from the corner or bent pieces all the way up to the top of each section. I'm going to try to take it apart, then put it together while recording a time lapse video, if I'm successful I'll post the time lapse video on my review. Thanks and wish me luck, thanks again.

Awesome puzzle! Vive la France!
What a fun puzzle! The brilliant thing about this puzzle is that all of the pieces look very, VERY similar, being nothing but beams... but there are subtle differences between the pieces, and it takes a keen, observant eye to notice these differences. There are four sides to the tower. There are four separate, equal pieces for each side - that's the beauty of it. If you can figure out which piece fits where for one side, you automatically have figured out the remaining three sides IF you can find the identical three other pieces. The other cool thing about this puzzle is that the corners of the tower bend at slightly different angels, allowing the toward to have a slight curve to it as it ascends.I have one little complaint about this puzzle; the tower is separated by two plastic, square shaped plates. These plates do not fit perfectly onto the tower itself; they rather make a habit of popping out when you don't want it to. But this little problem is remedied by building the bloody thing and leaving it alone; it doesn't need to be so durable if it's merely put together and enjoyed from a distance.

Cool, challenging 3D puzzle.
I bought this for my son for Christmas. We went to France in the Spring, and he was enamored with the Eiffel Tower. This is a challenging puzzle, I'd recommend it for older children or adults looking to pass the time. It's quite impressive one assembled, we currently have it sitting on an end table in our dining room.

A Paris reminder
I have given this as a gift for an Aunt's birthday. She always has a puzzle going. She has recently been to Paris to visit her son's wife's relatives in France. If she did not get a momento of the time there this should help out. This is also a puzzle that should keep her busy and happy.

A wonderful 3D puzzle.
This is not the easiest puzzle to complete but was certainly a fun challenge. The pieces are small and numbered on the back, which helps in dividing the pieces into three sections (some for base, some for middle and some for the top portion). The pieces fit very well together as they are cut precisely. It took about two hours for an adult and a child together to complete this and it was lots of fun. Once completed, this 3D puzzle looks great and can serve as a model for kids who love the Eiffel Tower. Made in Czech Republic.

Just be glad it wasn't a leaning tower
This was my very first 3-D puzzle, and although Ravensburger makes good puzzles I don't think I would get this again. The pieces fit together well except when you get to the corner pieces where the tension of the shape makes it hard to keep the pieces together. I am in my 40's and with the onset of arthritis it was rather difficult to get the top section together without the pressure required to keep one section from going to pieces when fitting another side to it. As another reviewer said, it requires someone with small hands and a lot of patience. I think it is easier if you bend the corner pieces the full 90 degrees until they snap together before trying to connect with other pieces. This may make it harder to find matching pieces but in the long run easier to put all the sides together.Maybe they would have been better off with a plate system instead of bendable pieces. Something that would have been better for a person wanting more challenge is if they didn't make all four sides the same piece cuts so that you dont have four sides with the exact same pieces. Also, I think a bit more effort could have been done to make the platform pieces connect more securely.

Great Birthday or Other Holiday Gift
I purchased this puzzle for my husband back in December of 2018. We had just returned from a Paris vacation. After he put it together, I used a small paint brush and coated it with two coats of Elmers glue. Elmer's white glue dries clear and shiny. This turned the puzzle into a sturdy favorite Knick knack.
