It is not a very exciting and interactive book. I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation and types of exercises given. I found it very boring.

Very helpful
This book efficiency actually surprised me. It came up as a suggested book and because I have been in therapy for months, I figured it was worth a shot. The book is very descriptive and helps you to understand the conditions and gives you writing prompts and tools to help yourself get through the tough times. I am about half way through it and have already learned a ton. I highly recommend this book to anyone struggling.

This book really helped me! You can find a lot of useful information in this book for coping with depression.

So worth a read!
This is such a fantastic book! It's so helpful in that it has the text to read and then has you stop to reflect and write down thoughts. That is so helpful! It really makes you think which helps guide you in making self care in CBT important! Highly recommend! I'm so glad I picked it up. You will be too!
