This gnocchi maker works really well. It is a good size, good value for the money, and quite speedy once you get the hang of it. I didn't really have any issues with dough sticking but you need to use flour.

This little gizmo does a good job putting ridges on the Gnocchi. You need to experiment a bit to get to the right sized piece of dough, though. Bigger thumb - a little bigger piece, smaller thumb keep the dough pellet a bit smaller.My Gnocchi are much more professional looking and this is much easier than a fork.

In fairness to consumer's I really have nothing to compare this to. Its my first gnocchi board. It works fine I like using it better than a fork for sure. It does get a bit gummed up even if you flour it, however, I just occasionally used a knife to clean out the ridges. It was a bit smaller than I expected but it did the job and made handling of it easy. We gnochified plenty of pasta pieces in no time. My 6 year old granddaughter liked using too, she's my main gnocchifier.

This gnocchi board is so much better than the flat one I had before. This one easier to use with much better results. The grooves are deeper and a wider for more pronounced grooves that hold sauce better! The curved surface shapes the gnocchi without sticking. Easy and comfortably to hold I was able to work much faster with my dough. Cleans up easily! Very Affordable!

Am loving my KneadEat gnocchi paddle (never had one before)! The CURVATURE of the wood makes it easier to create beautiful gnocchi (whether potato or just cheese).Many reviewers complain of it being smaller than expected ... but that is why this DESIGN is so SMART. First, you don't need a larger paddle surface (since we only roll 1 @ a time) and if the paddle were larger, it would be less ergonomic and therefore harder to hold (forcing you to spread your fingers broader than necessary). Thank KneadEat for making it the perfect size so that your hand will not get sore even if making gnocchi for a 100 people.Cleaning Tip - mine came with beautiful smooth wood tines but I immediately oiled it with BAMBOO OIL. Doing this periodically will make any flour/paste easily slide right off even before you wash it. I bamboo oil all of my wood bamboo cooking utensils. Great product.

It was smaller than I expected. Turns out it is a perfect size for forming gnocci love it!

Very cool little tool, used it yesterday to make home made gnocchi and it was easy to handle perfect for the task.
