Couldn't leave a review on the actual G2000 headset. But they sent me the G2000 after explaining the cord on my G2000 BT went out. Love the sound. Has good volume, cancelled my friends voice entirely while he was next to me, and his moms tv down the hall. They have excellent customer service. Would recommend the G2000, good for the price.

I bought these a couple minths ago and tgey have only worked once and for a limited period of time. There's no identifying button for power or functionality aside from switching audio tracks. Even when plugged in and charging for over a day, glowing away wuth obvious power, they're undetectable on my PC whether wirelessly or wired. The absolute worst waste of @#$%ing money I ever spent. 0/5 stars.

too big for my head. theres not really any noise cancellation. the mic doesnt last long. the only cool thing is that it lights up. but only when in bluetooth mode.

Honestly, I don't remember when I bought this product, but I remember the Bluetooth part being straight dumpster trash

I actually had to mess with this a few times to get rid of static. For some reason this headset likes to be a little further away from other devises that use Bluetooth. The battery lasts surprisingly long. I have only had to charge it once and it is still at 30% left. The mic is a little subpar in my opinion, which is the reason for the rating. That and the time it took to figure out the static. However, for the money, not too bad.

Not the best gaming headset I ever owned but AMAZING if on a budget. Super comfortable, looks cool, sounds clear and others can hear me loud and clear. What more can you ask for?

First off, this product is advertised to work with not only gaming PCs but also gaming consoles along with even phones and tablets, yet it fails miserably when used for gaming consoles. The instructions are God awful, manual does nothing but explain functions but does not elaborate on anything else, and it ain’t even recognized on any gaming console. I can hear people in the party but they can’t hear me, mic is stiff and can’t even be bent or adjusted at all. Overall headset is terrible when using for gaming consoles and is wrongfully advertised. Waste of time, energy, and money.
