It works , worth the cost
This really helps to break up the flem in my cough so I can cough it up. It also helps me sleep and not cough during the night. Only take this at night !

Severe sinus head cold lasted 2-3 weeks. After Sinus head cold 2 weeks went into cough congestion. Used all 3 medications 3 weeks. Definitely saved me from missing work. Masking. Loads of sleep. Feeling much better.
