This is a miracle worker! I had really red checks with bumps and bumps on my forehead. Thankfully make up covered it, but I was even having to wear make up to go to the gym. I decided to try prosacea, as it was inexpensive and thought if it didn't work, no big deal.It has a very soothing effect and feels amazing. I noticed a difference after 1 application. I have been using it for a week and my skin is 95% clear, and no more redness! I should be able to go make up free now. I apply it morning and evening. I HIGHLY recommend this! Thank God I sprung for this one instead of a more expensive treatment.

Where has this been ?! I’m 56 and don’t leave reviews often but this seriously needs some praise. Menopause gave me rosacea and I have been on rx Azaleic acid, Metronidazole, and revamped all of my sunscreen, cosmetics, and face washes/ moisturizers. Big job I wasn’t happy to do. Little red bumps came and went until one day it looked like someone had slapped my cheeks with a hot frying pan. I was fit to be tied since I’ve been on it all. I tried the otc Ivermectin live treatment (cheaper than Rx Solantra). It don’t work. Nothing I had as an Rx did and neither did the sulfur masks and cleansers. Until PROSACEA!! I am not kidding you after ONE USE this stuff completely Cleared my issue!!! It has virtually NO smell. It’s not sticky, doesn’t pill so it plays nice with sunscreens, make up, and moisturizers. WHYYYY are more derms not recommending this GOLDEN TICKET?? I have my suspicions. All about $$$. Kick backs from Pharmaceutical companies we all know they get. That’s why you walk out of their office with samples of all Laroche Posay and Elta MD. I digress. For me - this helped and I will continue to use this miracle serum. It is a serum gel texture. Hey if you’ve tried everything else try this. It’s so economically priced and available you seriously have nothing to loose. I wish I had before photos. It was just so bad I couldn’t think of taking a photo. I am extremely fair skinned and this made my cheeks white again. No joke guys. Give it a try.

When summer begins, it usually gets more intense, but using this cream helped my skin regain its natural color. I recommend following it with a hydrating serum or a moisturizer for sensitive skin because it did dry me out a little. However, it did work for its purpose because the redness went down."

I have used this for about 3 weeks now and it has slowed down my redness but not like some of the other reviewers say. It is super drying to the skin. But it doesn't break out my sensitive skin, so that's a plus

I am stunned at how effective this gel is! It’s going on auto-purchase! Used it for a few months now and couldn’t be happier.I’ve struggled with my rosacea for years and nothing worked… prescriptions, expensive creams… nothing. I FINALLY stumbled upon an easy (and affordable!) routine that clears up 95-98% of my symptoms. Drink PLENTY of water during the day — my skin flares when I’m dehydrated. Also, I don’t know if Amazon allows me to mention different products, but you can probably get all of these on Amazon, so here goes:* Two Aveeno Calm & Restore products: Oat Gel Cleanser, Redness Relief Moisturizer (I’m 60 so I need the heavier moisturizer, but they have a lighter formula, too;)* Makeup Remover: Micellar Water on cotton balls (gently!!);* Rosacea treatment: this Prosacea product*, right before moisturizing (gently massage it in, let it absorb before you moisturize.) I have NO idea what smell others are referring to - no smell, no burning at all after months of use. Risk the $8 and buy this Prosacea … so much better than anything else out there.* For foundation, I use Laura Gellar — my skin actually seems to like it on during the day, rather than bare skin … maybe it holds in moisture and protects from contaminants, IDK.Hope this review helps you!

It smells really bad from the sulfur but it works wonders! It takes a few days to notice a difference but I feel pretty instant relief. Just stick with it and you'll notice improved clearer skin.

This stuff is magic. I noticed a little difference after one use. I used it first at night when it was delivered. The next morning I washed my face and used it again, that night before bed I washed my face and used it again, the morning after my redness was GONE!

Just ok. Helps with flare ups, but not as good as the prescription from the derm.
