Warning, open with caution, because the bag is as big as a gummy bear/worms with lots of small breathable packets (I didn’t count). But there’s 2 mento size mothballs in a packet but a few may have only 1 in them. The scent is not that overpowering by a packet but like I said be cautious when opening the bag because I took a huge punch in the face of overwhelming cedar scent. like 2 tablet per packet in a sealed bag, just don’t have your face close to the bag when you open. Overall, I spread the packets around my cloths, closet, floor and moslty everywhere that need freshning up. Works like a charm. My closet and rooms smells and feels fresh and cooler(temp. Definition).

I think everyone is familiar with Enoz, a long-standing national brand, in the form of the conventional moth balls, and with their effectiveness. Thus no review necessary in that regard. However this cedar-scented variety may be new to some. I've been using it for years. Formerly I'd buy it at my local grocery but they recently seem to have discontinued carrying it. Glad now to be able to find it through Amazon. It is in the form of individual paper packets, each containing two discs of the chemical consisting of the same active ingredient as conventional moth balls, paradichlorobenzene 99.68%. I use them in my closets, linen closet, and bureau drawers. No sign of moths or larvae in the time I've been using the product. Although less economical than conventional moth balls, I much prefer this because of the cedar scent, which is not merely tolerable but actually pleasant. There is the necessity to retrieve and discard the paper packets after the chemical is spent, but this is in my view only a minor inconvenience barely worth mentioning. I would and do buy repeatedly, and recommend highly.

I got moths in my pantry so I put several of the packets in there. They still smelled like moth balls but the cedar helped to make the smell bearable. It too about a week before I stopped seeing moths. After that, one or two that I figure were ones that hatched after the main herd had died off. So the moth balls worked BUT the food that was in the pantry now taste like the moth balls. That included new, unopened bags of chips and crackers. My advice is to use these moth balls but protect your food by storing it in glass or very thick plastic containers or just keep it away from the moth balls until you have the moths under control. After 4 weeks, the mothball packets are still sealed but there is nothing inside the paper packets.

These are perfect to keep in enclosed cloth bags to protect clothes and linens especially anything made of wool.

These probably work as intended, but the smell was so nauseating that was permeating my clothes. I could tell which rooms of my house they were in because I would start feeling sick if I got the faintest whiff of them. Any clothes that were in drawers with one satchet of this stuff couldn't be worn because it smelled so dreadful. Not worth it. Maybe I'm just sensitive, but this stuff made me feel like I was the moth... slowly dying.
