Updated on 7/26/2021 Amazing customer service. Company saw my review and reached out to me and offered to send me a brand new set. I declined as we already bought new ones and no need for it now but I thought that was extremely nice of theem seeing I was outside my return window. Overly disappointed. Bought these earlier on sale for a birthday gift for my boyfriend. They worked for the first day and they worked great. Next use they instantly got clogged up. After a full take apart and cleaning we only can get salt and pepper to come out literally less than a second and it's clogged again. Because I bought early for a gift I no longer can return them and they are useless. Waste of money

I bought these as a gift becasue I have bought a set before for myself and this time when the package arrived the product had clearly been used and one didnt work at all. Now with that being said, the set I bought before has been great and we use them daily. They look great, the function of being able to size you grind is awesome and many people who have used them at our home have indicated they wanted their own. Maybe the last order was a fluk but seeing how I bought them for a gift and they arrived used and not working is the reason for my 4 star review,

These battery operated grinders are strong! Ease of use & ease of handling & grinding are amazing! Product is as described. Only con, they are top heavy when empty so topples over easily when not on hard flat surface otherwise excellent product! 5 stars! Very sensitive, starts grinding when tilted halfway. I Love these grinders.

I initially bought a set for me and I liked it so much that I bought a set for son. But then, the salt apparatus begin to exhibit problems and today it totally stopped working. I changed the batteries and still nothing. I like the concept so I’ll probably buy another set but one of better quality.
