I found this book very useful, especially for HR professionals. It is a well-written, interesting book. Jacob Morgan has gathered many data from around 250 organizations and framed a very complex structure in a simple way. Even though the book has a scientific base, I think Jacob did a great job on presenting it in a smart way without detailed statistics etc. Therefore, even if you are not good at research methods, you can still understand the concept easily and implement the suggestions in your own organizations.

Well researched and very accessible, I was inspired by the rationale and effort taken by successful organizations towards establishing and improving the employee experience. There are many practical takeaways that anyone can consider and apply to their own reasons for showing up at work.
