Cleopatra Crema da Mano Luxe-4 oz.

Though the cream itself is nice - it does not smell at all, in any way like the beautiful Cleopatra perfume, and I was very disappointed. I LOVE TOCCA Cleopatra perfume and I was hoping this was the same scent. I was very disappointed when it smelled like over-ripe cucumber. The hand creme itself is soft and silky - but the scent is much to be desired (in my opinion..)

After seeing this product on Oprah’s Favorite Things List in 2017, I was excited to try this hand cream and was not disappointed. The light refreshing scent of grapefruit and cucumber was not overwhelming to the senses, but provided a fresh clean smell and feeling on the hands. My husband has allergies and is sensitive to scented products, but has never had a reaction to this product and loves the scent. Very soft and easy to apply without any heavy oily/greasy sensation at all. After applying and rubbing in the creme my hands feel rejuvenated and yet it absorbs well enough I can open door handles, jars, and other objects immediately after applying. I can apply after washing my hands and still get out of the bathroom 😂 Due to health conditions, I have very dry skin and found that when my skin is at its worst- after applying this hand cream the dry skin will ball up and flake off easily. If you have dry skin, have a tissue nearby to wipe off the exfoliating skin while the cream leaves hands soft and moisturized. I wish they had a sampler of small amounts of the various scents so I don’t have to pay $20.00 to see if I like the scent or not. The product comes in a nice package and has a metal tube- giving it the old time apothecary feel to it. The product could be a nice gift, but the quality and value will be appreciated more by individuals that like high end lotions/soaps and toiletries. At $20.00 for a small package- the value of the gift may not be recognized by all. Overall- this product is a win and is cherished as it softens my skin and doesn’t overwhelm hubby’s allergies.

The new formula of Cleopatra hand cream smells like cigarette butts. I have been buying this product for at least 10 years as well as giving it for Christmas gifts. I will never buy another tube of it. It’s a shame because it’s a wonderful product except the smell now.

I love the Cleopatra perfume so much and I don't wear anything else. I was so excited to order this hand cream so I could smell my favorite perfume on my hands throughout the day. I get compliments on my perfume all of the time cause it is divine. This stuff smells like bath and body works fake cucumber. I can't stand the smell of it as it smells nothing like the perfume its named after. Why they thought cucumber was a reasonable substitute to jasmine and vanilla musk, the original notes of the perfume, is beyond me cause the only shared note is grapefruit. While I should have read the box more to verify the fragrances I could have never expected the two scents to smell so different. The moisturizing factor is amazing. I will be purchasing it in a different scent because I do like the moisturizing factor of it. If you love cucumber you will love this scent, unfortunately my husband and I are not fans.

I used the Cleopatra hand cream more than 5 years. I was very disappointed my last purchase. I believe the formula has changed and the smell was totally different it used to be. I am not going to buy again.
