The definitive resource for anyone building a partnership channel
I was recently involved in developing a new channel strategy for a B2B SaaS company and discovered this book in my research. To say that it was a game changer is an understatement. I devoured the book and it gave me everything I needed to build and implement the strategy. It's a great educational resource, but also full of practical tips and tools. I highly recommend this book to anyone working in partnerships.

A must read for anyone starting or evaluating a partnership strategy
An excellent read full of some very helpful gems for even the most seasoned sales and channel executives. Matt's experience shines through in his reflections and teachings on everything from setting the right culture and partnership mentality internally to identifying, nurturing, and expanding relationships with the right partners to make a meaningful impact on your organization. One of the best partnership books I have ever read, and also very relevant given the changes to industry due to the effects of Covid-19.

Typos are rampant
Got this because it was well reviewed but evidently it was not proof read so well. And the content that grammatically made sense lacked real substance outside of common sense practices. A handful of decent ideas but I felt like I wasted a lot of time on logical suggestions and typos.

Great primer for revenue leaders interested in partner & channel strategies
I was honored when Matt Bray asked me to be a reviewer of his original manuscript. I have now read this book twice, once in its original and now in the final state. As an executive consultant focused on technology partnerships and a former VP/SVP of partnerships & channel at several technology companies (including Salesforce), I know the topic of partnerships can seem daunting to many. It is arguably one of the more important strategic areas of a growing technology business. Still, for technology leaders who do not have experience in the profession, partnerships is a nuanced topic that can be seemingly hard to plan for and measure. Tech leaders are often not sure if the investment is worth it or if it is even important. Spoiler alert... it is!If you are like many and don't know where to start, Matt has done a fantastic job providing a primer that can be used by revenue execs (CROs) and CEOs alike. It's time to grow your business, so pick up this book today.Note: It's also great for partnership professionals who are coming up in their careers.

Introducing The Partnership Bible!
If you are planning, rolling out or managing a partner program then do yourself a favour. Tell your boss you are taking a partner strategy course, it is less than £20, and it only takes a day. Then buy this book, record your notes the create or rework your partner strategy. It will be the best investment you will ever make.I only wish this book had been available a few years ago. We have spent a lot of money on consultants to work our this part of our business. This book is very relevant to the COVID landscape, based on real experience from those who have built and run successful programs and is extremely well structured and written.I can’t recommend this book highly enough.

Great overview, but quite tech specific
I bought this book to prepare for a Head of Partnerships role in a big corporate company. I already have an in depth knowledge in this field. I found the book to be a useful resource for jogging my memory on the partnership principles. It’s clearly written and some of the charts and tables are useful. My only criticism is that at times it seemed heavily focused towards specific types of tech partnerships, rather than commercial ones.
