can it fold so a kid can sleep in it?

The wagon seats do fold to a flat surface so a kid could sleep on it yes! Maybe with a blanket underneath for a little cushion, and the sides are not really high but I think high enough I would let my kid sleep as long as I wasn't off roading with the wagon! I bought this for my sisters kids, I have radio flyer atw, this for sure is the best wagon I looked at/have ever pushed and pulled!

are there seat belts in the wagon? what is the weight limit?

The wagon has 2 seat belts that buckle over the lap. The weight limit says 75lbs, but my child (20lbs) and dog (80lbs) regularly ride in it together and we haven't had any issues.

Can you easily remove/attach the canopy to use as needed?

Yes, the canopy is very easy to remove, but a little bulky and there is no good way to store if you take it off in the middle of a walk.

Can this be pushed in front of you or can you only pull it behind you? Also, is it comfortable for a tall adult to use?

I think it would be difficult to push in front of you, as its a wagon that typically is pulled. The pivoting of the wheels would make it too difficult to control. The handle may be too short for a very tall person to pull. But my husband who is 6ft. Is fine pulling it. The only problemS I've found are the doors are difficult to open, and are almost unnecessary. The kids usually just jump out over the sides anyways. Also the cheap plastic piece that holds the two bars that construct the canopy breaks easily. I've gone through two in under one year. The kids pull on the bars even just a little and snap! There it goes! I bought a similar metal tube piece at a hardware store and it works much better. Step 2 should do it and skip the cheap plastic piece. Otherwise its a nice wagon.
