Excellent larger size for spot treatment. I find it to be much more effective than a tennis ball size for psoas or larger muscle pinpoint loosening.

Used for pulled trapezius/all over neck and shoulder pain. I couldn't have functioned without it after injury. Kept it in my bag at work, and every couple hours while it was really bad I relieved pressure/pain by just leaning against a wall with it behind my shoulder. It's like if someone was using their thumb to really get into the sore spots. Amazing 👏 if you don't have $22 for a ball though, a lacrosse ball works well too (according to my physical therapist).

Sono soddisfatto dell'acquisto anche se il prezzo è alto al momento, motivo per cui non posso dare una valutazione a 5 stelle. La sfera è di ottima qualità costruttiva, appare molto solida al tatto e durante i massaggi. Questo modello è progettato per colpire le piccole aree muscolari ed infatti dà il meglio di se nel massaggio della zona cervicale, delle spalle e dei muscoli pettorali. La uso quasi esclusivamente per queste parti, ma volendo si può utilizzare anche per altre aree. Tenete a mente che se volete utilizzarla sopratutto per muscoli più estesi dovete preferire delle sfere di diametro più grande Sul web si trovano molti video di istruzioni realizzati dalla casa produttrice!
