I used to really be into colored lighting schemes, and my go-to brand was definitely Philips. I loved the saturated colors and the variety of options available when paired with the hub and app. The best part was how easily it integrated with Alexa. I felt trendy and cool walking into my place, telling Alexa to set Prime Video and Chill mode, and watching the lights dim into a sexy blue hue. What I didn’t enjoy, though, were the constant app updates and the high cost.

Only sad part is that I bought this from Global Store and also attached the KYC document (aadhaar card) while placing the order. However the logistics team requested the KYC documents again (the same aadhaar card that was submitted to Amazon). This disconnect that all the users might be facing is something that Amazon needs to make seamless.

Hablar de los focos Hue de Philips, es sinónimo de calidad. Ya son dos bombillas las que pido por Amazón, las cuales me han llegado justo a tiempo, justo lo que pedí y sin problemas. Para el que este en duda, les puedo decir que es de 3ra generación, justo los que venden en EEUU, comprobando modelo y firmware de los mismos, por lo que se integran muy bien a mi paquete inicial, sin variaciones en el color. Una buena opción para ambientar tu casa de manera diferente y original, aunque eso sí un poco cara. Amazon, no entiendo por qué no dejas comprar más de una unidad de este producto? Saludos,

I own many Philips smart bulbs with just the basic warm white light setting but wanted a few colour models for my entertainment room. I found that this bulb can achieve brighter lighting in white compared to the basic white smart bulb; however, for its use, is very expensive. Sure, having the ability to change the ceiling/lamp colour is a wow-factor and a conversation starter at parties, but after a month, I barely changed its colour. Additionally, to fully emerge in the various features of this bulb, you may need to purchase the hub, which costs a lot as well. In closing, while its features are cool, if you think that you won't change its colours regularly and take advantage of these features, I think you're better off with the basic white Philips Hue smart bulbs.
